The seven light modes are a highlight. Unlike many other lights that can feel chaotic or overwhelming with rapid flashes, this projector is calming and ideal for relaxation. The colors—blue, green, red, yellow, and multi-color combinations—are vibrant yet soothing. I particularly enjoyed the rotation speed options (still, slow, and fast), which add versatility depending on your mood.

The projection light works great! There is multiple settings such as color, brightness, speed of projection movement. If it's projected to the ceiling, it transforms my bedroom to a cool aquarium... everyone who saw it in my room loved it and was very excited to see such an amazing effect this light could create.

The interface controls are OK. The remote control functions are very good and provide for plenty of adjustments including brightness control. I have so many little astronauts and other ceiling projectors that I've honestly lost count. I ordered this more as a novelty item for its jellyfish styling. I didn't really expect much in terms of being bedazzled by the light projector function, and figured I'd just enjoy the ambient nightlight function. I sure was in for a surprise at just how cool and fluid-like the ceiling projector function really is! This thing outdoes all of those other "galaxy" projectors that I own. The light projection onto the ceiling creates the illusion of colorful water movement and it's like I'm relaxing under the sea. I also like that the wave-like imagery is clear, so there's no issues with things being out of focus, as with so many of the so-called "galaxy/star" projectors on the market. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the product.

Important: When I first received the lamp, I thought it had broken pieces inside, as I could see something shifting around under the frosted dome. With a gentle shake, I could also hear something moving, so I thought it was defective or broken. This was NOT the case! Upon removing the plastic dome, I discovered that they shipped the lamp with the light filters packaged inside of the dome cover, which actually made good sense, as to protect the parts during shipping. So...all is good. Be sure to open the dome to remove the aforementioned part/parts so that you won't think the product is damaged, as I initially did.

The jellyfish itself is just absolutely cool and nothing about it looks cheap. The top can be a different color than the legs, and you can have just the top lit up without turning on the legs. Once you pop the top off, you can now see the projector mode, which throws "waves" up on your walls and ceilings. The image will start on the wall at the same level as the jelly fish. I hope that makes sense, but basically, if the projector is sitting on a side table, the images won't go any lower than the tabletop. So if you really wanted the entire room filled, you'd need to set this on the floor in the middle of the room. That's obviously not a long-term placement, but it'll be fun if you want to light the entire room up.

I'm an adult, and I absolutely love this jellyfish projection lamp. First and foremost (because nothing in the directions tell you this), the top pops off to expose the projection piece. That projection piece also has a cover on it so you can tame the "waves" and turn it into a more subtle/solid light.

I absolutely love this Jellyfish Galaxy Light Projector! It’s adorable with its jellyfish shape and glowing tentacles, creating a mesmerizing underwater effect. The different color and speed settings make it versatile for relaxation or fun. The price is just right for what it offers. However, I wouldn’t call it a star projector since it doesn’t actually project stars, just an underwater-like light. Still, it’s a fantastic addition to any room for a calming or playful atmosphere!

I ordered the jellyfish style Galaxy/Ocean Light Projector for my son who was having trouble falling asleep (8 yrs old). The lights are colorful but not too bright. He's falling asleep easier and I'm happy with this item. Definitely recommend.

Got this for my daughter who is autistic and loves jellyfish but we tried most of the features. The top comes off and it has 2 smaller domes for over the light, 1 is clouded like the jellyfish top and the other is a clear prism style to project the lights into the ceiling. The remote functions to increase and decrease the light brightness and change the projection settings.I understand this would typically be for younger children but my daughter is an autistic teenager who will love this very much as part of her room decor and she will probably use it every night to help calm herself and be able to sleep far easier.It seems well made and since the tentacles detach it can be packed up when not in use for safer storage.

This jellyfish watery nebulae display is different from others in that it projects directly above itself and many other project forward and up. The result is that it looks like clouds in water moving intricately amongst each other. It is soothing, relaxing and peaceful. It gives quite a show for kids and adults. Help one get to sleep.All in all, it is impressive and I recommend this item.

I got this for my granddaughter's room because it fits the theme. She is mesmerized with the light and patterns this put off. I am impressed by how bright this is. They are using it in the projection mode, you can also use it as a night light. Very easy to put together, just snap the legs on. Plug it in and watch the dancing lights.

I know it’s for children but cool for adults too. It has so many features including a USB-C removable cable, it can be portable, has a hefty remote control with batteries. This lamp has the most powerful projection display that I’ve seen and there is a tremendous color display, plus the little legs for the stand can change color or remain in one steady color.
